I saw this list on spot.ph about cafes a bookworm must visit. One cafe on the list was Press Cafe at Alabang Town Center..... and I guess this really is the first on my list since ATC is very near me. The rest are in Maginhawa. Huhu (someone please tour me). Anyways, my boyfriend and I decided to visit Press Cafe yesterday. This isn't a review because we went here after lunch just to have coffee. Here's what you can expect when you go to Press Cafe :)
When you enter Press Cafe, you can spot all the dainty decorations. The place feels home-y. I guess that's because it's part of Fully Booked and books feel like home, right? There were tables with sofas and tables without just in case you feel like sitting still but nonetheless, home-y.
There were books everywhere. Books in the counter, books in the table and even books on the wall. I even told my boyfriend this seemed so pinterest-y. I wanted to have my own books stuck to the wall too. Look, books above our heads!
Like I said earlier, my boyfriend and I didn't order much. We just had our own coffee. But how I wished we had lunch here! The smell of the other people's order from their table...... yum. Haha. Kidding aside, if you plan to eat in Press Cafe, I would suggest you alot of budget of 300 php++ for meals. Drinks are around 150php++ while their coffee is around 100php++. Also, they have a service charge of 10%.
Sure, it's a bit pricier than Starbucks or other cafes where you can get coffee But their service is good and the place is wonderful. Their coffee is really great too and cute! Look, it says "I love you"! HAHAHAHA
I hope and I know I'm going to be back. I got my eye on the Press Cafe burger and other appetizers and hopefully, I can write a review about that too. Hey, who doesn't love eating? :p
At least now, you know what to expect from this artsy-farsty cafe. All I could say is, it is worth it and you will be disappointed. I know, I wasn't and that was just their coffee. :)
