Product Review: Her Beauty Guide SHILLS Make-up Remover + Facial Cleanser
I don't usually put make-up especially since I don't go to very formal events + I'm still a student + I like going all natural. But when I do, I always find it hard to remove. Yep, The struggle is real - you know what I'm talking about. I'm sure you experienced almost brushing off your whole face and having to find your make-up still on, right?
Well, that struggle can finally come to an end and thanks to Her Beauty Guide SHILLS Make-up Remover + Facial Cleanser! (Why did I only discover this now huhu). So keep scrolling and check out my full review on the product.

INGREDIENTS:
Pure water, Cocamidopropyl Hydrozysultaine, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Coconut Diethanolamide, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Glycerin, Aloe Barbadenis Gel, Chamomilla Recutita, Sodium PCA, Dimethicone Copolyol, Polysorbate 20, Panthenol, Tranexamic Acid, Soluble Collagen, Sodium Chloride, Rose Oil, Potassium Sorbate
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. With the make up on, add cleansing gel on hand and apply it to face.
2. Massage the gel over your dry skin.
3. Slightly wet your face then lather gently in circular motions.
4. Rinse with lukewarm or tap water.
*TADA! No more makeup*
CAUTION (as written on the box):
- Avoid direct contact with eyes
- Avoid applying over open wounds, injured, eczema, swelling or other abnormal areas
- If skin has allergic reactions, please stop using and consult with your physician
- Store always in a cool place and away from direct sunlight

AND NOW THE REAL TEST:
For this test, I asked my mom (thanks ma!) to put me some make-up on. She gave a full do - so I had eyebrows done, lipstick, eye shadow, eye liner, blush on and that foundation for the eyes. We decided not to use foundation anymore because I didn't need it that much.
Leaving the make-up on to stay after a while, I got the things I needed - just the remover, water and tissue. Usually, you can just massage the gel on your face and wash it off. I used water and tissue to keep it clean and for blogging purposes. :)

After following the instructions....... Yep, it works. And like magic!
MY FINAL THOUGHTS ON THE PRODUCT:
- IT REALLY LIVES UP TO ITS NAME - IT SMELLS LIKE ROSE!
- It did not hurt my skin (face) at all. After using, I had no experience of itch or redness
- It is very easy to use.
- I like how it is packaged. Also, The mouth of the bottle made it easier for me to control how much gel I wanted.
- It has a manufacturing date and batch number under its box.
- I like how it is a 2-in-1 bottle - it is not only a make-up remover but also a facial cleanser. After using, I didn't need to wash my face with soap as it covered the "cleaning" part too.
- As I was massaging my face, I noticed the make-up coming off as the gel I was massaging on my face was turning black. I really saw the make-up come off.
- I was able to remove my make-up fast and effectively. I say effectively because after I wiped the gel with water, there were no more traces/ smudges of make-up + my face felt really clean.
- Oh, and you can use this without water too. :)
- It is reasonable - for 799php, the bottle will last you more than 3 months - but that will vary on how often one uses the make-up remover. Its major benefits - it can wash off your make-up instantly while moisturizing and whitening your face.
- I didn't see anything I didn't like about the product.
WILL I REPURCHASE AGAIN?
Sure! I don't use make-up a lot but I know if I finish this bottle and I would need my make-up removed, this is the product I'd be looking for first. :)
RECOMMENDATION:
As much as I do not recommend using make-up all the time, I would highly recommend Her Beauty Guide SHILLS Make-up Remover + Facial Cleanser to those who do use make-up a lot. It's gentle on the skin and very easy to use. I was really amazed on how the thick make-up of mine was removed in a instant - and with my face intact. Haha! Wiping the face doesn't hurt and I think the price is really reasonable. For 799.00 pesos, it will last you around 3-5 months depending on use. So it's definitely 5 stars for me.

DeleteI don't wear make up but I'm aware that it is really hard to remove make-up if you will just use soap and water. I experienced that if ever I will attend formal events that I need to wear make up.

DeleteI like the pretty and feminine packaging! I don't usually use make-up so I guess this would last a long time with me. I use my friend's gift to remove eye make-up: a sephora eye make-up remover. I also use the make-up remover wipes.

DeleteI like that this cleanser smells good and refreshes the skin as it cleanses. The few times I've had on heavy makeup, I've used my human nature sunflower beauty oil as makeup remover.

DeleteI think I'm gonna need this because sometimes I'm too tired to wash my face before going to bed. There are nights when my eyes are really tired and i feel that it's not a good idea to wash my face. Since I don't want to sleep with makeup on, this product would be a better solution.

DeleteCan i file a complain for having this product becaus of over pricing... i was like being pushed tp buy the products...and as i read it now...huge different from ur price compare to what i gt...Black Gel Mask, rose shill and psk white dolls for P5,000.00...if the price of Gel and Rose 799php.. really unfair...they just gve me receipt worth 5,000php...feel like being fooled...bough in Cinderella Quad Ayala Center...
