As a student, stress is not new to me especially now that school is coming to an end. There's requirements popping here and there - and even with a planner, everything's still C R A Z Y. While the all-nighters suck away my life, I'm still not giving up........ I still (feel and am) healthy - all thanks to ATC Healthcare.
Who is ATC Healthcare?

"ATC Healthcare International Corporation is  a company established in 2005 which offers a complete line of dietary food supplements and other healthcare products, from immunity boosters, cleansing and detoxification supplements, to slimming capsules, answering the needs of all ages. Today, ATC Healthcare has grown into one of the most innovative healthcare developers in the country." [Taken from their website]

Here are my favorite supplements:
LIVER MARIN

LiverMarin is a dietary supplement containing 250mg of Silymarin or Milk Thistle, and 100mg of Sodium Ascorbate. Milk Thistle’s active ingredient “flavonoids” break down into two main components, Silydianin and Silychristin, which together form Silymarin – a supplement found in LiverMarin that is known to have the potential to protect your liver by acting as an antioxidant, promoting the growth of new liver cells while preventing liver damage. It may also help prevent cirrhosis, or scarring of the liver, which is an irreversible damage that causes you to have a weakened immune system.

Aside from the above mentioned benefits, regular intake of LiverMarin may also help in digesting fat that aids in the treatment of fatty livers, preventing and treating hepatitis A and B, managing SGPT and SGOT levels and in managing insulin overproduction.

Grape Seed Oil

ATC Grape Seed Oil is an all-natural extract containing “Oligomeric Procyanidin”, an antioxidant 50 times more potent than Vitamin E, and 20 times stronger than Vitamin C. This antioxidant, found in ATC Grape Seed Oil, is said to have the ability to protect our bodies against free radicals which damage cells, allowing us to have healthier and more radiant skin.

Taking ATC Grape Seed Oil regularly may also help in lowering the level of bad LDL cholesterols in the body. It also helps relieve the pain and swelling caused by Arthristis through its repairing and strengthening capacities of damaged capillaries and blood vessels. Aside from that, ATC Grape Seed Oil may help in boosting the immune system and blood circulation.

Primrose Softgels

And finally, a girl's best-friend! I know how it hurts to be PMS-ing. You can't concentrate with what you do, you're always hungry and your mood swings are just terrible. (The guys know that too! HAHA) In addition to that, you just want stay in bed the whole day because of the excruciating pain.

But don't you worry no more. ATC Evening Primrose relieves premenstrual syndrome and breast pain associated with menstrual cycle. It also helps alleviate hot flashes caused by menopause and reduces symptoms of eczema and dermatitis. Be a strong modern day woman, don’t let anything get in the way of doing what you love and do well in it!

So there goes my favorite supplements. How about you?
