It was last week when this lovely packaged arrived. To be honest, it was the most exciting thing I got that weekend. I felt like I received flowers from someone who is not my parents or boyfriend. Haha! This beautiful package is the works of McDell Healthcare Products, Inc.
So, here's a bit of confession, and I only call it a confession because you, probably don't know me that well, and my boyfriend is probably the only other one who knows this but I am a big fan of makeup. Despite my non-existent knowledge on applying it, and lack of dedication on watching tutorials that would actually help me, I still feel excited whenever faced to try new makeup.
Ever since its feature in Biyahe Ni Drew and other popular blogs, Hulugan Falls has easily made it way to the top of my "Laguna bucket list" (yes, I have a mini bucket list within my bucketlist #bucketlistception) and despite the busy sched, Jan and I finally found ourselves in Luisina, chasing these falls. Ahhhhhh, it was too beautiful (to say the least). In case you want to witness this beauty:
These "artsy" blocks are actually part of iACADEMY's exhibit "START". START or Social Transformation through ART is the theme for this year's exhibit. We spoke to President and CEO Ms. Vanessa Tanco and she said that holding exhibits are part of iACADEMY's efforts in showcasing the work of their talented students. I could tell they were really proud of them (if you've seen their artworks in person, you would understand. Haha!)
I know I haven't been very active on my blog since school started but I was reading my email when I found this letter from a reader. Often times people tell me (usually on Facebook and Twitter) that they appreciate this blog but never did anyone really go to the extent of emailing me. Thus, I got all happy and excited. The email reads:
To Yanna, thanks for taking the time to read and browse around this little ol' blog. Thank you for emailing me and I'm looking forward to meeting you in person. :) This post is for you!
Being in a big family, health has always been our number one priority. Imagine, if one family member gets sick, we all are in danger of getting sick - and we cannot get sick! (Did I mention we are a very busy family?) What we normally do, is we ostracized confine the sick family member to a separate room. He or she will only get to go out once he or she feels better. Yes, he or she stays in the whole day.
Every now and then, I like to look back at my planner and think about how the days have gone. While my favorite month just ended, I found myself thinking "what did I even do these past two months?!" So you can guess that I reread through my journal, scanned my phone for old pictures (cause pics or it didn't happen) and well, backread personal notes and tweets... I had to recall everything.
