The 3rd Student Media Congress Registration
With the theme, Experiencing Media Dynamics, the
Congress will offer 5 plenary talks, 15 Competing and 60 Non-Competing
workshops on a wide variety of topics that consistently and constantly
challenge the status quo to innovate and grow. The Congress team will once
again summon an army of media experts to share knowledge that can be created
through the transformation of experience. The Congress will challenge the
delegates to think about how they can reach their audiences through all the
different senses and make them experience what the landscape has to offer.
The
third Student Media Congress (SMC) will have its Early Bird registration on July
20, 2015 until August 3, 2015
for only 1000 pesos. While, the Regular Registration will run on August 4, 2015 and will end on September 5, 2015 for 1,200 pesos. Go beyond exploration and
empowerment, and secure a slot in the congress by registering through our

18 NOTES
I remember I was about to witness the student media congress during my time before but was stocked with some urgent matters.
ReplyDeleteReally? Awww, I hope you can make it this time. :)
DeleteThis is really a big opportunity for student to learn from media practitioners. This will surely inspire them in their craft and in life.
ReplyDeleteYes Sir Franc. Very well said! :)
DeleteThe event looks interesting. This is helpful for students and fresh grads.
ReplyDeleteIt is. Thanks Irish. :)
DeleteThis is indeed a perfect opportunity to gain more knowledge and improve cognition. Thanks so much for sharing,
ReplyDeleteIt really is. Sure Leilani! :)
DeleteI've heard about this before. And as someone who worked for a PR/media company before, it's interesting! Is this only for currently enrolled students?
ReplyDeleteHi Sam! It's open to everyone. :)
DeleteBack when I was in college, we are very active in attending these talks or events not for the certificate (which some students are only after) but for the knowledge we attain from them. It's also an ideal time to build connections in the future. :)
ReplyDeleteI agree with you Louise. It shouldn't be about the certificate but for the learning experience. I'm sure it's gonna be more helpful than a piece of paper. Hahah! :)
DeleteToo bad I'm out of the country during those dates :( Plus I'll be pretty busy finishing up my last few weeks in school so probably I won't be able to join.
ReplyDeleteAwww. But don't worry, I think they do coverages of the SMC. I'll ask. :)
DeleteThis looks like a really great event!
ReplyDeleteThanks Ms. Peachy! :)
DeleteMust be a lot exciting now that it includes digital media. :)
ReplyDeleteYes! To match this very digital world. Haha :)
